Charity Bradford, one of the contributors to the blog Unicorn Bell, posted THIS as a reminder that the blog hop would begin today. Yeah, they are getting a jump on Valentine's Day. Charity
then asked for people to contribute their favorite Love Scenes from
Movies and TV so that she can post them the rest of the
week.
You simply shouldn't challenge a YouTube junkie to come up with this
sort of stuff. I spent the next few HOURS looking for footage. Yes, you
read that right. Hours.
I now have so much footage that I think I could post something every day
until Valentine's Day. That thought was followed by, "Why not?" The
clips are short. They are fun to watch. Plus, it means I don't have to
come up with anything on my own for nearly a month. I'll still do the
HERE'S TO YOU post, of course. And I might deviate off the path if I
MUST write about something. Heck, I am such a rebel and rule-breaker
that I might write and post a short clip.
I am tagging all of these Love Is In The Air and you can go back to my January 18 post to watch any that you missed.
You can let me know if you think this is a good or bad idea in the
comments. You can also post links to your favorite romantic clips.
Remember? YouTube junkie. I will actually watch them.
That dog was dangerous, wasn't he?
ReplyDeleteThat is such a cute video.
ReplyDeleteWhy have I never seen this movie??? I will remedy this today with netflix. :) This was great and it has a bit of a "Serendipity" feel as she's backing away.
ReplyDeleteAnd I LOVE that you are going to spend the next while sharing YouTube clips! I spent a good hour last night looking for some of my favorites for the rest of this week, but obviously my movie base is seriously small.
Thanks for participating!
Romance is in the air! Is it ever not?

D.G. ~ Good point. And thank you. It's a GOOD day:)
Nothing like FEAR to get closer to the one you love. That was cute!
ReplyDeleteI also consider myself a YouTube junkie. It's responsible for costing me many hours that I should have dedicated to writing. Great clip too! I haven't seen this movie, but now I feel like I must!
ReplyDeleteThat was so cute! Love it. :)
ReplyDeleteI haven't seen this, I like both of the actors though, so I bet it is good! The clip was intriguing. I had no idea they were strangers until it was more than half way done. :)

ReplyDeleteof course I am curious as to where his Spartan look has gone...
That clip reminds me of an area that I walked while in Holland a couple of summers ago...

Jay ~ You are right. Men will do ANYTHING. HAHAHAHA.
ReplyDeleteL.G. ~ I am convinced that whoever owns YouTube has laced it with a visual crack cocaine. I can't prove the theory, but I am SURE it is true.
Kimberly ~ :)

Shoes ~ Well, I have clips. I have lots of clips. I have lists of clips. Yeah, that was awesome... while in Holland... You are so well-traveled.
Love this movie! Great clip! You gotta love the "kissing is a man's business" and "I'm so scared. Can you put your arms around me?" Nice.

ReplyDeleteThere was a movie that someone did a few years ago... same kind of premise... she wrote her name on a dollar bill... or was it a phone number? then one would have all kinds of crazy people calling... I have promised mself to call each and every phone number that is on currency...

Lynda ~ I was thinking the same thing!
Huntress ~ Well, my work is done here.... ;)
This is one of my favorite movies, in fact I have the movie and have watched it perhaps a dozen times. I've loaned it out to all my girl friends too.
ReplyDeleteGood choice.
Ah! You know, I haven't actually seen the movie, which is depressing after that scene. Okay, it's a girls day. I'm going to watch a cute movie and enjoy being girly. =)
